12-06-2026Once the bike arrives at our store, we take it almost completely apart and turn it into the best bike you’ve ever had. This includes applying the correct greases, routing the cables, bleeding and bedding in the braking system, adjusting the fit, and modifying components based on your preferences. These steps are time-intensive and are often skipped elsewhere to save costs. At Renders Tweewielers, we place great value on this process because the difference is truly noticeable.

12-06-2026Once the bike is ready, we are happy to take the time to answer all your questions and provide instructions on the bike and its maintenance. We can also ship the bike via a specialized courier service. This usually takes 2 days. See our shipping policy.

After 500–1000 km, we schedule the first service. During the first year after purchase, we perform maintenance free of charge. You only pay for parts that need to be replaced due to wear.
